Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a wide variety of building remediation projects across the Newcastle region. This key leadership position requires managing on‐site delivery from initial setup through to project completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved. The Site Manager works closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to drive performance, resolve issues and deliver successful project outcomes. It is well suited to a technically minded Site Manager with experience in high‐rise building facades or remediation works, ideally within the residential space, who enjoys leading teams and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business. Other commercial projects will also arise in the future.

Responsibilities
* Managing on‐site works from initial site establishment through to project completion.
* Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and company procedures.
* Overseeing site plant, equipment and resources to ensure they are maintained and operational.
* Managing project programmes, costs and budgets to meet commercial and delivery targets.
* Co‐ordinating direct labour, labour‐hire personnel and subcontractors.
* Effectively delegating work activities to ensure efficient site operations.
* Completing project progress reporting and facilitating regular site and client meetings.
* Providing advice on technical, trade or engineering issues where required.
* Driving proactive problem‐solving and implementing innovative site‐based solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Trade qualification or construction background.
* Proven experience working on construction remediation projects.
* Demonstrated site management or frontline leadership experience.
* Strong understanding of site delivery, budgeting and cost control.
* Experience managing subcontractors, documentation and approvals.
* Current driver's licence.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
