Tranzformd is seeking an experienced Change Analyst for a 6‑month fixed‑term engagement, working onsite with one of our major higher‑education clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large‑scale Enterprise Operating Model Program, supporting transformative change across a complex and dynamic university environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments, mapping impacts across processes, roles, systems, and behaviours.
- Support the development of change and transition plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training considerations.
- Assist with current state and future state analysis, ensuring alignment with the enterprise operating model.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and input‑gathering sessions with diverse university stakeholders.
- Contribute to readiness assessments, tracking and reporting progress, risks, and issues.
- Partner closely with project managers, change leads, business SMEs, and broader program teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Prepare high‑quality documentation, insights, and recommendations to support decision‑making at all levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within the university or broader higher education sector (essential).
- Proven capability operating in complex organisational environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret information, identify impacts, and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑wide transformation or operating model programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional outputs.
- A proactive, delivery‑focused approach and comfort working within evolving program structures.
