Bakers Delight Traralgon is looking for a retail senior to join the team part time. You'll be the steady presence on the floor, the one regulars know by name, and a big part of keeping the store humming through busy periods.
What you'll be doing
* Leading the front of house and setting the tone for the team
* Delivering the kind of service that turns first-timers into regulars
* Supporting the manager with stock, displays, and daily operations
* Helping train and develop newer team members

* Retail experience, ideally in a food or hospitality setting
* Strong customer focus and the ability to lead a shift confidently
