About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities. You'll work closely with Area Managers, workshop staff, and branch teams to ensure great customer outcomes and consistent revenue growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Proactively engage customers via inbound and outbound calls to grow repeat business
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across equipment, consumables, and services
* Prepare accurate, timely quotes and close sales opportunities
* Follow up quotes and leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
* Be the first point of contact for counter and phone sales
* Ensure pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines are communicated clearly
* Maintain accurate sales data and order processing in internal systems
* Resolve order queries and discrepancies efficiently
