About the Role
As a School Age Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and supportive environment for school-aged children before and after school, and during vacation care.
You will build meaningful connections with children and families, support their individual needs and contribute to a fun, nurturing space that encourages wellbeing, independence and development.
Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support learning through play
* Support the social, emotional and physical wellbeing of children
* Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily routines
* Promote inclusion, confidence and resilience in all children
About You:
We are seeking individuals who have completed qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, with extensive experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC). You must have strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills, excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
