A unique and rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancing professional to join a highly regarded team working on sophisticated, high-value transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers broad exposure across a dynamic practice, with a strong focus on managing end-to-end conveyancing processes from due diligence through to settlement, while contributing to complex transactions and coordinating intricate completion arrangements. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing electronic settlements through PEXA and integrated platforms, managing title registrations, and supporting wider transactional activity across banking, finance and tax-related matters. The position presents the chance to work on varied and challenging work, with involvement spanning property transactions, mortgage dealings, stamp duty requirements and broader commercial support.
Qualifications
* At least five years of experience within high-end commercial conveyancing environments, with strong expertise across title due diligence, statutory search reporting and transactional matters.
* Experience preparing commercial and retail leases, contracts of sale, and managing complex property transactions.
