Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically guide financial management and planning to ensure organisational sustainability
* Lead finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies to drive business growth
* Oversee ICT, property, procurement, and risk management functions to optimise efficiency
* Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to inform decision-making
* Support income generation and funding diversification initiatives
* Lead compliance, audit, and governance reporting
* Contribute to the development of strategic plans as a member of the Senior Management Team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CAANZ-registered Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in senior finance roles
* Proven leadership in finance, ICT, property, and risk management
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance including NZQA, TEC, MoE, and Charities Services requirements
* Advanced ICT and data analytics skills, including cloud-based finance systems
* Experience leading high-performing teams and contributing to executive strategy
* Culturally competent, resilient, and collaborative
