If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and building strong customer relationships, this Network Troubleshooting Specialist position in Canberra could be your next big move.
What you'll do:
* Be the primary contact for your accounts, managing issues from start to finish
* Troubleshoot and resolve network/security problems with speed and clarity
* Recreate customer environments in lab settings to test and validate solutions
* Work closely with R&D, sales, and regional support teams to drive product improvements
* Mentor junior Technical Account Managers and share best practices
* Conduct periodic site visits and ensure customers get the guidance they need
What you bring:
* Experience in networking or security technical support, ideally in telco or large enterprise
* Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security products like firewalls, IPS/IDS, IPsec, anti-spam
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication (oral and written)
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is desirable.
Desirable Qualifications:
* CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/CISSP, system integration experience, scripting skills, or data centre exposure
