Job Description:
This is a rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting our donors through their donation process. You will be responsible for greeting and interviewing potential donors, creating a positive donor experience, and assisting with routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests. Our paid training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer-facing skills and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional service. You will also need to be comfortable with needles and blood/biological materials, as well as able to lift up to 10kg on occasion.
