Full‐Time Opportunity
* Week 1: 0600 – 1400 (Mon – Fri)
* Week 2: 0930 – 1730 (Mon – Thu), 1300 – 2000 (Fri), 0900 – 1700 (Sat – Sun)
* Week 3: 0700 – 1500 (Wed – Fri)
Overall Functions Of This Role
* General handy‐person and trade duties – painting, patching
* Hard waste removal
* Using handheld power tools
* Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work
* Maintaining presentation of the centre to a high standard
* Providing excellent customer‐service skills to deal with tenants and clients
* Flexible approach to work
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience within maintenance/hand‐yman duties
* Versatile handy‐person skills
* Ability to use power tools, forklift, scissor lift (EWP) – highly desirable
* Basic plumbing skills
* Physically capable of moving equipment
* Team‐player attitude
* Self‐motivated and responsible
* Ability to liaise with customers as required
* Trade qualification is helpful
