THE ROLE
EverPure Australia is seeking an energetic and driven Account Executive for our SLED (State, Local, and Education) team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for developing and executing account strategies, building senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering complex, solution‐led sales across infrastructure, cloud, and software portfolios within the Victoria SLED sector.
In this role, you will lead new business development, work with channel resellers and key SLED customers, and collaborate with internal Sales, Systems Engineers, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive success and deliver outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all‐flash enterprise storage technology. Lead consultative, outcome‐driven sales engagements aligned to SLED sector transformation priorities. Drive RFP responses, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation for customers.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers, ensuring high satisfaction. Position as a thought leader on digital transformation, cloud, and data strategies.
* Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure current customers.
* Manage Sales Pipeline: Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas. Own, develop and execute account plans and territory strategies.
* Collaborate with Partners: Work with and develop joint go‐to‐market strategies to expand reach and influence with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position EverPure.
* Execute Account Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently using structured EverPure sales methodologies.
* Deliver Results: Surpass quotas, maintain a strong pipeline, and drive referenceable business.
* Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting EverPure's benefits.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Sales Passion: A solid drive for sales and relationship building and credibility.
* Enterprise Experience: Experience and proven success with direct/indirect sales on SLED/public accounts.
* Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
* Prospecting Skills: Advanced skills in engaging Public sector customers.
* Ambition and Drive: A goal‐oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
* Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
* Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
* Experience: 10+ years of field sales experience.
* Language Skills: Professional English proficiency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
We are primarily an in‐office environment and expect you to work from the Melbourne office in compliance with EverPure's policies unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
