About the Job
We are looking for a hands-on Trades Assistant to join our team in Redlands. In this role, you will support our teams with day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and general plant tasks to keep the site running safely and efficiently. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team where safety, accountability, and teamwork are core to how we operate.

The role is based in Redlands QLD (onsite) and salary is $70k per annum (negotiable depending on skills and experience) plus superannuation
About You
You will thrive here if you have:
* Previous experience in a processing or industrial plant environment
* Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
* A strong safety mindset and the ability to follow procedures
* An unrestricted driver's licence
* Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
* Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
* Comfortable working onsite in Redlands every day
Nice-to-haves:
* Certification in instrumentation, chemical handling or other role relevant elements
* Forklift licence
* First aid certification
