Heating Systems Engineer
The role of the Heating Systems Engineer is a crucial one, as it involves ensuring that heating systems in various domestic properties are operating efficiently and safely. This requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic heating and hot water systems across various regions.
* Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
* Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records during daily work.
* Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure relevant parts are available for job requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 gas qualifications are essential for this role.
* Out-of-hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required as part of this role.
* A friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients and tenants is necessary.
