CBRE is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Metropolitan Investment Sales in Melbourne. The role involves managing day‐to‐day operations, providing executive support, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar and inbox management, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and coordinating travel & event bookings. Liaise with HR and IT for new starter setups and onboarding.
* Offer operational and business administration support for interim measures related to M&A.
* Reconcile expenses, process invoices, distribute communications, and manage ad‐hoc financial tasks to ensure efficient financial administration.
* Maintain an accurate and up‐to‐date client and opportunity database using Salesforce.
* Engage extensively with internal and external clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and liaising with executive leaders and teams.
