Liaison opportunity for current AGPT Registrar of the RACGP in Tasmania

About the role
Reporting to the Faculty Manager, GPs in Training (GPiT), you'll work closely with Tasmania medical education teams, Practice Manager Liaison Officers, Supervisor Liaison Officers, and RACGP leadership to support, advocate for, and enhance the training experience of GP registrars.
In addition, you'll:
* Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP registrars participating in the RACGP training programs.
* Support medical education: module curation, updates, and additions. Answer questions from members, staff, participants, and training organisations relating to the educational materials. Revise and update any guides, training material relevant to the learning units. Participate in the updating and evaluation of learning resources.
* Assist Training Programs Department support: day to day questions relating to any medical education aspects of the program.
* Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in general practice performance assessment and education/training development.
* Have completed at least six (6) months of GP community-based training within the AGPT program.
* Strong communication and advocacy skills.
* Passion for assisting registrars and GP training.
