Revenue Growth Manager – Consumer Business Unit
Location: North Sydney, Australia. Reports to Head of Sales, Consumer.
Key Responsibilities
* Support customer promotional plans to drive sales, brand growth and profitability.
* Review promotional performance, trade spend and ROI to identify areas for improvement.
* Use sales, shopper, scan and market data to spot opportunities and support customer planning.
* Support pack, price, mix and margin initiatives that grow higher‐value products and improve profitability.
* Collaborate with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance on trade terms reviews, forecasting, customer planning and joint business planning.
Qualifications
* Commercial experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, skincare, retail or similar consumer‐led industry.
* Strong understanding of promotions, trade spend, pricing, margin, P&L or customer profitability.
* Experience in revenue growth, category, sales operations, commercial finance, trade strategy, pricing or customer planning.
* Strong Excel and analytical skills, with ability to transform data into clear, practical recommendations.
* Exposure to Circana, IQVIA, EPOS, shopper or scan data highly regarded.
* Collaborative style and confidence working with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance teams.
