As a Talent Partner you deliver an end‐to‐end, value‐add talent acquisition service to St Vincent's hiring managers and candidates alike. You will join a tight‐knit Talent function that values learning agility, collaboration, and driving high‐quality results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high‐volume, end‐to‐end recruitment process within aged care, community, or health sectors.
* Craft engaging job adverts and proactively source high‐calibre talent while representing St Vincent's to the external audience.
* Act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders, influencing and coaching on talent acquisition best practices.
* Apply a proactive, problem‐solving mindset with strong time‐management and multitasking skills.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition, supported by a history of related achievements.
* Communicate exceptionally well, preferring verbal exchange over email.
* Foster a team‐first ethos, building productive relationships while maintaining a fun and valuable work culture.
Compensation & Benefits
* Total Remuneration Package of $107,479 (including superannuation).
* Not‐for‐profit salary sacrificing (reduces taxable income by $15,990 per annum).
