A diverse, progressive and highly innovative medical research institute based in a beautiful office in Parkville are seeking 2 Executive Assistants to join their company on a full time basis as well as a 12 month FTC.
This role is supporting the GM, Corporate Services to provide all administrative and organisational support as well as the team on an ad hoc basis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the GM's diary and prioritise tasks effectively
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for projects and initiatives
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence and meeting materials
- Coordinate events and handle project logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with leadership teams and stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Adaptability to changing work priorities and environments
