The Position:
We are seeking a real 'go-getter' who can make this role their own. This role will see you grow and develop professionally and provide an excellent, uncapped income.
You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. Hungry for success, your day-to-day activity will revolve around:
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities
* Conduct property inspections and client meetings
* Prepare and present sales proposals and appraisals
* Negotiate offers and manage the sales process end to end
* Build and maintain a strong client database
* Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors throughout the transaction
* Stay up to date with local market trends and property values
* Collaborate with the wider team on marketing campaigns and listings

The Successful Candidate:
* 1-2+ years of experience as a Sales Agent (Residential or Commercial)
* VIC Agents Rep essential
* Hungry to succeed
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Corporate presentation
* Valid driver's license
