Key Responsibilities Depending On Your Specialisation, Your Day-to-day May Include
* Accounts Payable: End-to-end processing of invoices, statement reconciliations, and managing payment runs.
* Accounts Receivable: Allocating incoming payments, managing collections, and resolving billing discrepancies.
* Payroll: Processing weekly/fortnightly pay cycles, managing superannuation, and ensuring compliance with awards and legislation.
* General Accounting: Assisting with month-end reporting and maintaining accurate financial records.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar finance or transactional accounting role.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Xero, MYOB, or Zenith).
* Strong attention to detail and a \"can-do\" attitude.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
