The Successful Applicant
A successful People Services Business Partner should have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the not-for-profit sector.
* Proven experience in providing HR advisory and business partnering services.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
