Your Role: As our new Graphic Designer, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional design across the entire Ray White network. You will be expected to:
* Lead projects by working closely with the Design Manager, Studio Coordinator, and two in-house graphic designers
* Successfully develop briefs from initial concept all the way through to completion
* Be channel-savvy: know how and when to design for print, digital, outdoor, online, and video
* Be a key decision-maker in the creative direction of the brand
* Champion the Ray White style guides, ensuring they are current and developed for new channels
* Understand - or be ready to learn - the crucial templating structure for our marketing collateral, which includes over 7,000 templates
* Maintain meticulous organisation, including consistent communication and strict process adherence for all briefing, design studio processes, and job filing
* Meet deadlines and remain agile in a busy environment

Who You Are:
* A Bachelor of Graphic Design or equivalent
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant exerience
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suit CC and Canva
* Solid understanding of brand systems and visual identity
* Ability to correctly prepare artwork for both print and digital outputs
* Experience working in Google Suite is advantageous
