About the role
The Coordinator Operations is responsible for providing:
* Operational leadership, planning and directing team members responsible for the preparation and processing of long service leave claims.
* Advice to team members on complex matters.
* Support to the General Manager to ensure high quality customer service delivery.
Location: Perth. Work type: Fixed Term – Full Time (3 years, possibility of extension).
Salary and benefits: Level 5 $108,848 to $118,961 per annum (at appointment) + 12% superannuation.
Qualifications
* Considerable experience with information systems, including familiarity with databases.
* Experience applying sound administrative skills with a focus on compliance, auditing, accounting, human resources or similar office activities.
* Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills and experience in the interpretation of legislation and/or policies and procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia at the time of application. Successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Certificate prior to commencement (issue date not older than 6 months). As this position involves travelling within the metropolitan area, you must hold a valid driver's license.
