About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Manager to lead our Home Care Nursing team. This key leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and clinical governance of nursing services within BaptistCare's Home Care services. The role will lead the delivery of high‐quality, person‐centred care while driving growth and expansion of nursing services through innovation, partnerships, and service improvement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high‐performing nursing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Drive service growth through new opportunities, partnerships, and creative service models.
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations to ensure efficient, high‐quality, person‐centred care.
* Monitor performance and use data to inform decision‐making and service improvements.
* Manage budgets and resources to support sustainable service delivery.
* Lead continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across Home Care nursing services.
* Ensure strong clinical governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Extensive nursing experience in aged care and community‐based services.
* Proven ability to lead and develop high‐performing teams.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and compliance.
* Experience managing service delivery, budgets, and resources.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to person‐centred care and alignment with BaptistCare values.
* Current Australian driver's licence and own reliable, insured vehicle.
* Ability to travel as required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
