**The company**
Launch is excited to be working with a leading Victorian Government organisation. We are looking for an Organisational Development Advisor responsible for human resources business partnering and building organisational capacity, capability and an inclusive culture throughout the organisation.
**The Role**
The Organisational Development Advisor will deliver high-quality human resources services and support, aligned to the organisations strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Actively contribute to the development of a positive and high performing team culture, including by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
- Define the content/knowledge management strategy and lead the content architecture by managing the output of knowledge collateral, such as support and quick guides to the wider organisation.
- Build and maintain networks both internally and externally to proactively generate intelligence, ensure productive working relationships and expedite coordinated approaches to the delivery of the full suite of human resources services.
- Coordinate directorate input, track and report People and Culture's annual business plans and projects.
- Manage, maintain and develop the SharePoint sites (P&C Collaboration and P&C Hub), so that information and data is easily shared and accessible.
**About You**
To be successful you will need:
- A relevant tertiary degree inhuman resourcesand/or equivalent relevant practical working experience in a HR projects and operational processing is desirable.
- Experience with HR Information Systems such as Success Factors or Oracle is essential.
- Management skills and demonstrated capability to plan, monitor and deliver services and support consistent with organisational priorities, including risk identification and management, budget development and management; optimise the allocation and use of resources; and evaluate project / program effectiveness.
- A proven record of achievement in a similar role which contributes to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.
