Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Provide exceptional and professional customer service via telephone and email, converting inbound sales enquiries and leads into orders.
* Ensure product knowledge and information meets or exceeds customer requirements.
* Assist new and existing customers with processing orders, creating quotes, and following up with issued documentation in a timely manner.
* Assist customers to select the best product to suit their needs.
* Effectively manage email, phone, and social media enquiries for new, existing, and potential customers.
* Enter complex sales orders in the CRM database accurately.
* Become a subject matter expert for rural water storage solutions.
* Provide administrative support to the Rural sales team.
* Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
* Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
* Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
Qualifications
* 2 years+ sales experience gained in the manufacturing, construction, or agriculture industry (preferred not essential).
* Tertiary qualification in administration, business or sales, or equivalent industry based experience.
* Strong understanding of Customer Service procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Excellent relationship building skills for internal collaboration with peer teams and external customer relationship management.
* Experience of using a CRM, e.g. Microsoft NAVision.
* Shows initiative, independent thinking, well-developed problem‐solving and consultation skills along with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer‐service‐focused culture.
