Compensation & Benefits
* Salary up to $130K for Claims Consultants and $140K for seniors plus bonuses

Roles & Responsibilities
Claims Consultant
* Manage an income protection and/or TPD focused portfolio from lodgement through to finalisation
* Determine eligibility, liability and manage the claim process to achieve return‐to‐work outcomes
* Develop claims strategies, including injury management, return‐to‐work, or settlements
Senior Claims Consultant
* Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims
* Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
* Provide strategy advice and coach/mentor claims consultants
Qualifications
* Life insurance claims assessment experience ideally across all products with DA (group or retail life insurance)
* Strong understanding of LICOP standards and claims‐management processes
* Demonstrated ability to show empathy and go above and beyond for claimants
* Either life insurance claims assessment experience or an allied health qualification with experience in rehab consulting
