Your new role
This is a pure Credit Control position - no invoicing, no distractions. You'll take full ownership of collections and credit management, working closely with branches and customers to ensure timely payments and clear communication. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing collections across a state-based portfolio
* Setting up new credit applications
* Daily reporting and debtor ageing analysis
* Liaising with branches and customers to resolve queries
* Conducting regular credit limit reviews
* Reporting to Financial Controller
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for dealing with the portfolio of customers.
* Proven experience in Credit Control, ideally in a sole-charge capacity
* Ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve disputes professionally
* Strong cultural fit - team of mature, experienced professionals
