The Role: As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the successful delivery of BI and analytics solutions, working closely with business and IT teams. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with business units to capture requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of new data-driven initiatives. Supporting Agile teams by promoting continuous improvement, removing blockers, and managing work pipelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Creating comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional designs, user manuals, and business glossaries. Facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives. Contributing to agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Providing hands-on support for BI tools and analytics platforms to enhance decision-making and problem-solving capabilities within the business. Your Skillset: To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience : 3 years in Business Analysis, particularly within BI, Data Warehousing, or Analytics solutions. Agile Expertise : Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. BI Knowledge : Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects) and strong data analysis skills. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure, and advanced Microsoft Excel/Access. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder management and collaboration. Problem-Solving : Ability to deliver practical solutions using BI tools to aid business decision-making.
