Due to our clients continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreperson / Fabrication Manager to lead a busy fabrication workshop and drive productivity, quality, and safety outcomes. The Role Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, coordinating fabrication activities, allocating labour resources, and ensuring production targets and budgeted hours are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to a trade-qualified professional who can effectively manage people, workflow, and workshop performance.
