About the Roles
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while helping customers find vehicles that suit their needs and lifestyle.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey
* Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
* Manage enquiries and generate sales opportunities
* Follow up leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Work closely with management and support teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
About You
* Previous experience in automotive vehicle sales or a proven track record of achieving sales results in another industry
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* High levels of motivation, professionalism and personal presentation
* A customer‐first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Strong computer and administrative skills
* A current driver's licence
