Day to day Subway operation Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events. Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Train team (employees) in business standards and policies. SALARY Package Salary $72,800 ($65,000 12% Super) or Part time equivalent.
