Key Responsibilities:
* Providing top-notch property advice, support, and sales outcomes throughout the appraisal, listing, negotiation, and sales process.
* Managing buyer and seller enquiries, performing property appraisals, negotiating agreements, driving local area marketing, new business development, customer calls, and follow-up.
* Oversighting contract and settlement processes, managing clients' expectations, and facilitating handovers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Real estate sales experience, energy, and hard work.
* Knowledge of appraisals, new sales, seller/buyer enquiries, new listings, and prospecting.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications.
