THIS ROLE & WHY JOIN US
We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join us in Brisbane. As our business continues to scale, we need a dedicated KAM to take ownership of the retail channel. This role offers you:
* Full‐time permanent work in a newly created role
* Brisbane office in Milton + customer base around central Brisbane

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Key Account Manager - Retail, you will:
* Lead and manage key retail accounts across QLD
* Own customer plans, long‐term growth strategies and joint business planning
* Drive promotional programs and trade marketing initiatives
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting and commercial reporting
* Manage wholesaler relationships and performance
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across national retail, sales and supply
* Spend time in market supporting Area Business Managers in channel
This role is primarily head‐office focused, with a balance of strategic planning and hands‐on execution.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
This role will suit someone who understands the retail channel at a commercial and operational level. To succeed in this role, you will:
* Bring proven experience in Senior Sales or Key Accounts within the channel
* Have worked with major retail groups such as ALM, Liquor Legends etc.
* Possess a strong understanding of what matters to retail accounts
* Be excellent with commercials, including managing P&L
* Experience within the alcohol industry (wine, beer or spirits)
* Be happy to get out on the road with reps
* Have confidence in presenting and building meaningful relationships
