Job Title: Sales Administrator (Phone & Email Sales) & Admin Support

Location: Office-Based

Employment Type: Casual (3 days per week) – Long-term ongoing role. Subcontractors also welcome to apply

About the Role

We're seeking a confident and motivated Sales Administrator to join our small, supportive team. This role combines sales and administration, with a strong focus on phone and email engagement. You'll be responsible for following up leads, building customer relationships, and converting enquiries into sales—while also keeping systems organised and up to date. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

* Manage inbound and outbound sales via phone and email
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
* Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow‐ups
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing customers

Administration Support

* Process orders and ensure accurate data entry
* Maintain records across internal systems, Excel spreadsheets, and documents
* Track sales activity and keep customer information up to date
* Assist with tender applications
* Support the wider team to meet sales targets and deadlines

About You

* Previous experience in sales, tele sales, or customer service preferred
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Strong written communication skills
* Results‐driven with a proactive approach
* Highly organised with robust attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
