Administration Support Coordinator
Full‑time (35 hours per week) – continuing tenure. Broadband level 4/5 salary starts at $81,335 and exceeds $88,717, plus 17% superannuation.
Location: UNSW Canberra, ADFA Campus.

Why Your Role Matters
This varied role is within the School of Systems & Computing, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective delivery of teaching, research and stakeholder engagement. You will assist in maintaining and improving school systems and processes, contribute to new initiatives and foster productive relationships with faculty, university colleagues, defence and industry stakeholders, visitors and students.
Accountabilities
You will manage a broad range of administrative tasks, including facilitation, organisation, stakeholder engagement, project coordination and event support. The role requires teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Who You Are – Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification and at least 2–3 years of administrative experience (level 4). For level 5, additional complex operational consulting and stakeholder liaison competencies are required.
- Sound organisational ability with priority setting and task management.
- Capable of working effectively within and across teams.
- High attention to detail with proven customer‑service orientation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to consult on both technical and non‑technical levels.
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, spreadsheets, databases, internet, email and online systems.
- Evidence of initiating and establishing new procedures, guidelines and processes; support for projects and initiatives.
