HR Strategic Leader
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering HR strategies that align with global objectives while meeting local operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage HR strategies, policies, and programs at the site level.
* Oversee employee and industrial relations, including union engagement and compliance.
* Manage recruitment, workforce planning, talent pipelines, performance development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, and job grading to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
* 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Proven ability to implement HR policies locally from a corporate framework.
* Strong expertise in labour relations and employment law.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
