We are looking for a qualified and well-presented Receptionist to join our team at our Tuggeranong venue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Role
As the Receptionist, you will welcome guests, manage phone calls and correspondence, maintain the reception area, and assist with a range of administrative tasks. Your role is key in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and creating a positive first impression for members, guests, and staff.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
Keep the reception area tidy and well‑stocked with stationery and materials
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Maintain office security procedures and monitor visitor access
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
About You
Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Confident using office equipment (printer, fax, phone systems)
Skilled presentation and a positive attitude
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Must hold a valid RSA and RCG certificate
