We are seeking a Maintenance Support Officer to join our maintenance team. This is your chance to be at the heart of our operations – supporting the maintenance team, coordinating the moving parts and making sure everything clicks into place.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, this is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week.
What you'll be doing:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the maintenance team
* Create, update, and close work orders in our CMMS system
* Support planning and scheduling of maintenance activities
* Jump in during shutdowns—coordinating contractors, meetings, and work packs
* Build and manage tools like schedules, templates, and action trackers
* Keep maintenance records, asset data, and documentation accurate and up to date
* Coordinate with stores and procurement to track parts and deliveries
* Help prepare reports on maintenance KPIs and performance
* Ensure systems and documentation meet safety and compliance standards
* Work closely with multiple teams to keep communication flowing
What you'll bring:
* Experience in an admin/support role
* Familiarity with CMMS systems (or eagerness to learn)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, can-do mindset and willingness to learn
