Key Responsibilities
Check for inconsistencies in invoice data against rate cards
Lodge claims with Carriers
Analyse major customers to check margins and validate charges
Ensure completeness of invoices received and processed
Assist SMB Team Leader where/if required
Manage a portfolio of customers
Liaise with account managers and be their 'middle man' when dealing with existing customers and claims
Reconciliation of Accounts
General administration on a adhoc basis.

Self motivated and willingness to learn attitude
Prior experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role.
You will ideally have a confident personality that enjoys speaking to key customers.
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Completion or currently studying Accounting would also be highly regarded
