Job Description
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies
* Develop and release tender packages
* Complete procurement risk assessments
* Evaluate supplier proposals
* Develop and execute negotiation plans
* Prepare contractual documentation
* Manage award approvals and contract execution process
* Work closely with other Procurement team members, both globally and within regions, to align sourcing requirements and outcomes with business needs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Operate supplier performance management processes
* Manage day‐to‐day integration processes with suppliers
* Foster trust through open, transparent relationships and effective supplier management
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in procurement including sourcing, tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation and contract execution
* Sound level of knowledge in procurement processes and principles with strong influencing, stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities
* Ability to work flexibly in a high‐pace role, managing deliverables and stakeholders whilst maintaining autonomy and self‐motivation
* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience or understanding of SAP software, Ariba, MCi Track and Microsoft applications
Previous work history on an operational site will be highly regarded.
