About the Role
Working closely with the broader People & Culture team, Office Manager and front of house team, you will play an important role in supporting HR operations, onboarding and employee experience initiatives across the business.
This is a highly collaborative role with strong exposure across projects, culture initiatives and day to day HR coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting employee onboarding and the broader employee experience
* Coordinating HR administration, documentation and communications
* Assisting with HR and culture related projects across the business
* Building strong relationships with employees across all levels of the organisation
* Supporting internal events, engagement initiatives and culture programs
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring documentation is polished and on brand
* Assisting with process improvements and identifying opportunities to create efficiencies
* Supporting the wider People & Culture team with day to day coordination and administration
About You
* Previous HR coordination, HR administration or People & Culture experience
* A proactive and self motivated approach with a genuine willingness to learn
* Strong emotional intelligence and confidence building relationships across a business
* High attention to detail with pride in producing polished work
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in and support where needed
* Someone who enjoys working in person with people and contributing to team culture
