THE ROLE
* Assist the Project Manager with full responsibility – help run the project from ground-breaking to handover
* Administer and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle
* Drive program and cost controlAssist with cost reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, and commercial tracking
* Client and consultant liaison where appropriate
* Support procurement activities, including tendering and negotiation of contract terms
YOU
* MUST HAVE proven track record on commercial projects (fit-out and new build is fine)
* Strong tenure with previous employers (Tier 3/4 builders preferred)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Extremely high attention to detail
* Proactive and driven self-motivator who takes action before mistakes happen
