A day in the life
As a FORKLIFT OPERATOR your daily tasks will include:
* Safely operating forklifts and using warehouse equipment to move, load and unload stock across warehouse locations
* Performing pull-downs to replenish pick-face locations in line with system triggers and operational priorities
* Maintaining accurate stock movements using warehouse systems and handheld scanners
* Completing daily pre-start checks and complying with all WHS, traffic management and pedestrian safety requirements
* Supporting cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliation processes
* Assisting with stock consolidation, space optimisation and general warehouse operations
About you
An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will:
* Hold a valid High Risk Work Licence — Forklift (LF) (essential)
* Have basic computer or handheld scanner literacy
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and accuracy
* Be highly organised with strong time management skills
* Work autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability
* Bring a positive, reliable attitude to everything they do
