We are a dynamic, established real estate company with an experienced sales and property management team based in beautiful Margaret River. We are task and process driven and we are looking for the right person who is excited by the prospect of running their own rent roll within a larger team and with good admin support.
Experience is preferred, but not essential, as we will provide you with comprehensive on-the-job training.
Job tasks and responsibilities
* Ensure the property portfolio runs smoothly and is maintained in a professional manner.
* Assist in the maintenance of the property management database.
* Promptly resolve property management issues.
* Coordinate, manage and report on ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections.
* Ensure all maintenance issues are promptly dealt with in line with owner instruction.
* Manage rental arrears to ensure the best returns for owners.

What we are looking for in you
* Previous property management experience is mandatory for this position and applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
* Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent computer skills.
* Willingness to work and contribute towards team success.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Willingness to learn about us, our systems and the way we do things.
* A current registration as a Property Manager or willingness to achieve this aim.
* Applicants must hold current registration as a Property Manager.
* Being a team player would enhance your enjoyment of the job.
