Responsibilities
- Contribute to corporate/M&A; transactions, provide corporate advisory support, and assist with significant transactions as part of a team.
Skills And Experience
- Experience: 1+ years post qualification experience, trained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm and exposed to a range of transactions, including significant transactions. Candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered.
- Demonstrated experience working with M&A; transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and/or FIRB.
- High attention to detail, strong drafting skills and the ability to work autonomously and as a key member of a collegiate team.
