About the Role
Permanent part‐time position, working a minimum of 4 days per week. Lead a small team, manage store operations, and drive sales and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
* Drive Sales & KPIs: Take commercial ownership of the store's performance, implement local strategies, monitor and improve key metrics such as Average Dollar Sale (ADS) and Items Per Sale (IPS).
* Lead a Small, Dedicated Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering a high‐performance culture aligned with Perfect Potion's values.
* Champion the Customer Experience: Work the floor, deliver exceptional service, and execute product ritual demonstrations.
* Master Tight Operations: Autonomously manage end‐to‐end store operations including rostering, inventory control, stocktakes, merchandising, and adherence to operational policies.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years of retail store management experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or specialty retail.
* Hands‐on leadership with a strong focus on team motivation and target achievement.
* Strong business and tech acumen; proven ability to manage inventory, analyse KPIs, and use retail POS and MS Office systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and operational excellence.
* Genuine appreciation for natural wellness, organic skincare, and cruelty‐free products.

Despatch Team Member (Casual)
We are seeking 2–3 dedicated Casual Despatch Team Members for our busy warehouse.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Picking: Accurately pick products according to order specifications from various storage locations.
* Order Packing: Carefully and efficiently pack orders, ensuring products are secure and protected for transit.
* Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks on picked items to ensure they match order details and are free from damage.
* Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for despatch, including packing slips and shipping labels.
* Inventory Management Support: Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counting as required.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve daily despatch targets and maintain a tidy work environment.
* Problem Solving: Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with orders or stock to the Despatch Team Leader promptly.
* Maintain Work Area: Keep the picking and packing areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in picking and packing, especially with small, delicate, or fragile items.
* High attention to detail and accurate counting experience.
* Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 15 kg, and able to stand for up to 7.5 hours a day.
* Reliable team player with strong communication skills.
* Prior general warehouse experience.
