What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Supporting the achievement of LP Gas sales budgets across agreed volume, margin, and product group objectives
* Working collaboratively to facilitate appliance sales where appropriate
* Building and growing an existing customer base, ensuring both volume and margin outcomes align with branch goals
* Developing strong, trusted relationships with customers through consistent and well-planned engagement
* Managing a structured call schedule, with a focus on delivering meaningful and high-quality customer interactions
* Planning and organising your month effectively, including submitting planners and reports on time
* Identifying opportunities for growth across your geographic area and sharing leads with the broader team for follow-up
* Monitoring and sharing insights on product performance, margin, volume, and competitor activity
* Supporting customer re‐signs by preparing business cases and working within Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information within systems
* Building relationships with trade partners and ensuring they are well‐supported
What Makes You Great
* Experience in field sales or account management (approximately 2–3 years)
* A strong customer focus, with the ability to build trusted and lasting relationships
* A results‐oriented approach, with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial outcomes
* Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to manage and resolve challenges constructively
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and priorities
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive and collaborative approach to working with customers and internal teams
* A commitment to safe working practices and promoting safety in customer interactions
* Current, and valid driver's Licence
