Join one of WA's most established and respected automotive groups. Our Rockingham dealership is home to several franchises and a constantly growing team. We are seeking an experienced, customer‐focused Service Manager to lead the front‐of‐house team across several major brands.
Responsibilities
Lead the front‐of‐house team across several major brands, ensuring excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and strong CSI performance. Contribute to departmental results and strategic planning, and mentor and develop team members.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and conflict‐resolution skills
* Proven success in CSI performance
* Ability to thrive in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment
* Leadership capability with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
* Experience in a similar Service Manager or high‐performing Assistant Service Manager role
* Confident communication and an open, proactive management style
* Ability to contribute to departmental results and strategic planning
* Automotive industry experience is essential
