Position Overview
Join Us as a Direct Care Worker (Residential) – Make a Real Difference in Residents' Lives
We're seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide high‐quality, person‐centred support as part of our dedicated multi‐disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in providing direct client services to residents within the Residential Care Home.
* Work collaboratively with health professionals under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager.
* Deliver respectful and compassionate care that enhances the wellbeing and quality of life of residents.
* Exercise judgement and initiative in daily tasks, ensuring the best outcomes for residents.
What We Are Looking For
* Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the role.
* Proven experience delivering direct care services in a health‐related field.
* Experience working with aged, frail, or disabled individuals.
* Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* A commitment to teamwork, empathy, and person‐centred care.

* Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
* DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
* Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances).
